Asia Media International, based at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, is happy to announce that Ms. Jay Seo LMU ’17 has been promoted to Executive Editor after serving six months as assistant executive editor. She was a political science major at LMU and aims to get her law degree in a few years. Founder and Editor in Chief Tom Plate, a professor at LMU, and the entire Asia Media staff congratulated Jay at its regular fortnight summer staff meeting Wednesday 9 August at the Del Rey Yacht Club in Marina Del Rey Los Angeles. Ms Seo is bilingual in Korean and English and will continue to serve AMI as Founder Plate’s executive assistant.
